The decision to purchase a new or restored piano could turn out to be costly should the interest fade or you decide that you prefer another piano. It is also unwise to spend too small an amount buying a piano, since a cheap instrument will have a poor tone, poor touch and tuning instability. It will discourage, rather than encourage the pianist!

The alternative is our Hire with Purchase Option. This will cost no more than the outlay required for a cheap second-hand upright, e.g. £500-£600, and will have the distinct advantage of being a fully guaranteed new or nearly new instrument, with good touch and tone, thus providing the player with maximum encouragement.

OPTIONS AVAILABLE DURING THE RENTAL PERIOD

Option A. Lose no money by purchasing the

piano during the first 3 months of hire.

100% of your rental is refunded.

Option B. If you purchase the piano within 3-6 months,
6-9 months, or 9-12 months we will refund 80%,
60% or 50% respectively of the rental paid.
 

 

OPTIONS AVAILABLE AT THE END OF THE RENTAL PERIOD

Option C. Purchase the piano or a different higher grade piano.

(In this case we give you back 50% of your first

years rental towards buying the piano.)

 

Option D. Continue the rental for another year.
(Your first years discount of 50% towards buying the piano or another higher grade piano will not be lost or diminish).
 

 

Option E. Return the piano to us.
